Currently we are a Pick-Up based business. As we grow and earn enough to acquire a company vehicle we’ll be able to extend our services to include delivery and full service catering.

We are willing to coordinate Uber Courier Services at the customer’s expense.

HT stands for Half Tray, serving about 10-12 people. While, FT stands for Full Tray, serving 20-25 people.

Our recipes are standardized to encompass the authentic taste and experience of our ancestor’s cooking. That said, we will try to make alterations based on your parties needs, but some dishes may not be able to be modified.

Modifications may be subject to additional fees.

Orders can be rescheduled for a later date within 30 days or cancelled, with 72 hour notice of pick-up time. If a new date cannot be reasonably accommodated you will receive a full refund of your invoiced total.

If notice is given within 25-71 hours of pick-up time, you may receive a 50% refund of your invoiced total.

If notice is given within 24 hours of pick-up time, you will be charged for 100% of your invoiced total.

Unfortunately half trays are our smallest serving size. Recipes cannot be scaled down any further.

We review community activations on a case by case basis. Determining factors include, internal capacity, dates, and mission alignment between our organizations. Submit your request for an invoice and we’ll contact you to coordinate further and deliver a verdict.

Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We are willing to do everything in our power to make sure your event has the best culinary experience. If you have a special request, include it on your order form and we will evaluate our capacity, and skillset. We’ll get back to you with a sincere answer on whether or not we can accommodate your request.
